Position: Customer Service Manager
  • Pay: Starting at P45,000 based on experience
  • Schedule: 40hrs/week with 1 hr lunch
  • Location: Onsite (Basak, Mandaue City)

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a talented team of customer service representatives
Implementing and optimizing customer service processes
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction
