Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible in receiving customer order.
Ensures that Work Order is created within 24 hours upon receipt of Official Client PO.- Ensures proper coordination to customer once encountered delay in arrival or lacking of material that may result to partial/delay delivery based on requirement.
Design Change (Product Drawing) coordination from Customers to Engineering and vice versa.
- Prepares SDR and Invoice for the items that will be delivered.
Communicate to customers once shipment was picked up, continuous monitoring and provide feedback.- Maintains good and harmonious relationship to customer by:
- Responding to their needs in a manner that provides added value and generates significant client delight.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of internal and external clients and their needs.
- Gathering the appropriate resources to respond to client's needs.
- Taking personal responsibility for client satisfaction (that focuses on value-added interactions).
- Building credibility and trust with the client through open and direct communication (e.g. uses effective listening skills, provides timely feedback, etc.)
- Ensuring that clients believe their issues and concerns are given highest priority.- Disseminates all the needed information to and from the customer on time.
Coordinates with other groups any problem and/or development concerning PO.
- Maintains the customer's satisfaction from quotation submission, to order taking, to delivery and even after.
Reports immediately to superior any non-conformance/problem encountered during the performance of this job function for immediate resolution and action.- Regularly reports the status of work immediate superior.
Does other jobs assign by immediate superior from time to time.
- Observe 5s in designated working area.
Preferably a Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any similar field.
- Experience in similar role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in analysis work in Excel & any related system.- High sense of urgency and can interface with different level of positions in the organization
Excellent communication skills and is a team player
- High analytical ability and assertiveness
Willing to work on shifting schedule as the need arise
