Scope & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in insurance products and services.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding insurance options.
- Handle customer inquiries and claims efficiently and professionally, particularly in critical situations.
- Manage incoming calls from customers reporting accidents or seeking insurance coverage.
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and policies.
- Verify and validate driver's license information as part of client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed Senior High School or College Graduate.
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in auto insurance or car dealership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in international environments or with purely voice-based communications.
- Minimum proficiency equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B2 level.
