MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, and College Graduate
• With 6 months and above BPO experience
• With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written) and comprehension skills
• Confident & excellent in interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Experience on the phone, email, and live chat support is a plus!
