General description:The Customer Service Center- Sales Representative(CSC-Sales) is responsible for the delivery of sales target for CSC; also, shall handle all customer related concerns in the CSC
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducts customer call to convert digital leads into response;
- Performs jiggle and shuffle and other sales techniques to convert leads into delivery.
Shall act as sales agent in the CSC and must meet sales target of repossessed motorcycle units and new products endorsement per month.- Conducts interview and onboards new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected on the system
For Agri products, once the onboarding details are completed, endorses the account to DKAS Agri for credit investigation.
- Shall ensure that she/he is updated with marketing programs and product campaigns and promos
Shall act as Kasamo Handler who will regularly keep in touch with Kasamo Partners to keep them active in referring clients and conduct meetings with Kasamo Partners regularly to discuss marketing promos/programs.- Shall act as custodian of repossessed units and must see to it that all units are clean, intact, documented, with tag price and properly accounted for.
Shall handle/resolve customer concerns and issues raised at the CSC;
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
