  • Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service / Billing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a high proficiency in QuickBooks. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and handling billing operations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process orders and manage billing operations using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and account information in QuickBooks and other relevant systems.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the medical supply or healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required; experience in other accounting software is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

Pay: Php19,
  • 00 - Php24,585.00 per month
