We are Canada's most popular brand of standing desks, height-adjustable desks, and sit-to-stand office products, based in Toronto, Ontario.

AnthroDesk is a dynamic company seeking a talented and versatile Customer Service Associate to join our team. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering emails, calls, and phone inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing customer relationships and building rapport.
Assisting with order processing and fulfillment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Key Requirements:
Customer service experience
  • Photo/video editing skills is a MUST
Familiarity with Amazon product listing procedures is a PLUS
  • Strong background in the e-Commerce industry and familiarity with Shopify and different marketplaces (Amazon, BestBuy, Staples...)
Knowledge of carrier returns and claims processes.
  • Good command of English (MUST)
Ability to communicate well and thrive in an all-remote setting.
  • This is a full-time role - you should have no other conflicting obligations.
Must be able to work full-time during Canada Business Hours.
  • Home-office required reliable high-speed internet and a noise-cancelling headset/microphone
Knowledge of Email marketing platforms is a PLUS and social media management (nice to have).
  • Eventually, he/she will be taking up some tasks in social media management and email campaigns.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
