Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is patient and detail-oriented. In this role, you will handle customers escalations, queries, billing concerns and other administrative tasks provided.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
Resolve customer complaints with patience, understanding, and a solution-focused approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address and escalate complex customer concerns as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and English).
At least 3 years or more experience as Customer Service Associate in a BPO Set-up.
Good phone etiquette.
Customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi tasks
Comfortable talking inbound calls from customers
Proficiency with computers and basic software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
