Scope of Duties:- Handling sales inquiries in online channels.
Manage the online sales and process from start to closing of deals.- Manage and processing orders for e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Tiktok)
Processing the POs and DRs and forwarding copy to the accounting
- Coordination with warehouse department
Listening and resolving concerns and complaints via phone, walk-in and email.- Assisting in negotiation of payment terms
Assisting in sales by cold calling clients with unclosed deals.
- Giving detailed explanations of services or products
Working with a sales and marketing team to create better methods to address customer complaints- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
Documentation of all customers concerns, inquiries and action provided.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
Keeping track and updating of customers accounts and relevant data.- Research and stay up to date with the company products, services and processes
Coordination with Admin Assistant
- Assisting on Admin Task if needed.
Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:- At least Senior High School or High School Graduate
Experience in Customer Service or at least training in customer service.
- Active listening skills and the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
Comfortable in multitasking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
