Job Responsibilities:- Answer customer calls and assist customers in handling abnormal orders.
- Actively check the goods and complete the order signing.
- Track the abnormality of the outbound goods and complete the abnormal handling, including the damage and loss of the goods.
- Responsible for handling various abnormal complaints from customers and assisting in solving them.
- Dedicated person to handle exceptions sent by customers from time to time and assist in completing customer responses.
- Assist the warehouse to complete the order for operation errors and follow up the processing.
- The customer did not receive the return order after signing, assist the outlet to find and solve it.
- Qualifications:
At least months of related experience in Customer service.
- High School, college level, or college graduate can accept.
Knowledgeable in handling different systems like WMS & SAP systems.- Good communication and coordination skills.
Be able to take the pressure when talking to irate customers.
- Good command of computer skills; Typing, Microsoft Office, social media.
Amenable to work on site for 6 days: Flash Fulfillment, Nissan Technopark, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta Rosa, Laguna
