Job Description:- Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;
Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;- Coordinates with different department to address client's needs;
Escalates to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
- Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Graduate of any 4-year course; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, medical Science or equivalent would be an advantage

Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision- With high analytical skills and detail oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig area and report on-site on a shifting schedule.
