- Identify and analyzes hospital organization's strength and weaknesses and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment of hospital industries.
- Set goals for hospital's market share and growth.
- Develops and implements appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting hospital services to prospective clients.
- Undertakes new hospital services development.
- Undertakes marketing audit to monitor census of hospital sales performance.
- Makes research and survey in developing hospital services to cater for client patient or prospective client's patients demands.
- Plans and coordinates the activities of marketing and sales team, monitors sales achievement, trains and motivates personnel and prepares marketing and sales forecasts.
- Designs, develops and executes marketing strategies in accordance with the hospital objectives.
_B._ _Public Relations_
- Develops customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.
- Provides sales and marketing support by fielding inquiries, and handles client patient complaints.
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
- Responsible for HMO, Company Account.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
With an experiences in a Customer Service is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle escalated customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes- Experience in healthcare or medical environment preferred.
