- Handle Customer inquiries/concerns and Alert escalations via email
Insightz SOC Documentation- Daily and Monthly Report Completion
Making sure IOC trackers are updated
- Handle Endpoint inquiries/concerns by POCs and SAs
Other Ad hoctasks
Qualifications:
A customer first attitude and approach when working with clients.
- Have the ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
Ample knowledge in Microsoft 0365- Organizational and technical skills
