Job Description

Job Scope:
  • Handle Customer inquiries/concerns and Alert escalations via email
Insightz SOC Documentation
  • Daily and Monthly Report Completion
Making sure IOC trackers are updated
  • Handle Endpoint inquiries/concerns by POCs and SAs
Other Ad hoctasks

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
A customer first attitude and approach when working with clients.
  • Have the ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
Ample knowledge in Microsoft 0365
  • Organizational and technical skills
A good team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Evening shift
Night shift

Experience:
  • Customer Advisor: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • English effectively (Required)
