Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using QuickBooks.
Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical supply industry.- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
