Customer Service Associate [For Pooling]

What You'll Do:

The Commercial Operations Associate's primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service through effective communication, managing customer accounts, attending to inquiries, and resolving complaints. He/She provides administrative assistance to the Area Sales Managers concerning order to delivery process, accounts receivable management, by collaborating with all internal stakeholders (Order to Cash, Transport, Supply Chain, Plant Dispatch, Finance, and Legal teams).

What You Should Have:

• College Degree of any course
• With at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Processing and Customer Account Management
• Experience in handling CRM applications
• Can work independently and in teams
• Has problem-solving skills
• Willing to report onsite
