Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients in understanding our loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
