Job Description

Location: BSP Gate 3, Malate Manila
  • JD:
Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;
  • Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
Coordinates with different departments to address client's needs;
  • Escalates to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superior
  • Qualifications
College level
  • With expe in local account as CSR would be an advantage
Good communications skills
  • With customer would be advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
