Location: BSP Gate 3, Malate Manila Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;
- Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
Coordinates with different departments to address client's needs;- Escalates to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superior
College level
- With expe in local account as CSR would be an advantage
Good communications skills- With customer would be advantage
