_Customer Service Associate _provides satisfactory, timely and error-free service to customers while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory policies. Assist, guide and service account opening, maintenance and support Branch Manager's volume objectives through in-branch cross selling.
- Functioning as New Accounts Clerk
Process over-the-counter transactions such as opening new accounts, issuing checkbooks, checking re-orders, pre-encoded and passbooks, and others as approved by the officer.- Maintains log books or register books for every accountable form.
As designated, prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports in compliance to the Operations Support Group (OSG) requirements.
- Support backroom functions and various office management tasks in accordance with Bank policies and other regulatory bodies.
Observance of customer service program: GST (Greet, Smile, and Thank you) all the time.
- Functioning as Service Teller
In-charge of timely and accurate processing of all types of payments.- Process over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies, and other miscellaneous transactions.
As designated, prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the branch.
- Perform various office management tasks from time-to-time.
Observance of customer service program: GST (Greet, Smile, and Thank you) to all clients all the time.
Graduate of any business-related course- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience is an advantage but not required
