Be the primary point of contact through open and interactive communication to be able to build a sustainable relationship and trust with vecinos or clients.
Responsibilities:
- Attends vecino inquiries, requests, and complaints through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Responsible for keeping current vecinos satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis- Manage the accounts from the turnover of signed CTS and pre-signed DOAs to full delivery of title in vecino's name.
Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with the key stakeholders to ensure that the purchased property of the customer is delivered timely, on quality, and within the given specifications
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams on issue resolution
Consistently update the database, goal trackers, and all other required monitorings for visibility and better evaluation of the team's efficiency & productivity- To ensure that the collection target is being met every year, the following are the duties & responsibilities of the CRA:
Liaise between the vecino and collection support group on vecino's bank loan application status
- - Calls out accounts that are delinquent, non-responsive, and non-compliant to the requirements
