As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who reach us out through voice, chat and email channels. You will be responsible for supporting an app and chrome extension and providing solutions to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice, chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our app and chrome extension- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
Document customer interactions and solutions in our ticketing systems
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.- Knowledge of our app and chrome extension and the ability to troubleshoot common issues
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
