Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist the branch manager with customers concerns, inquiries and transactions
Receive queries, requests, and complaints from clients via phone call/message or email- Handle client orders, process enquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Manage administrative responsibilities as needed
- Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, dealing with Automotive parts
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Strong attention to detail; good communication and organizational skills
Can work on site Binondo, Quezon City, Mandaluyong
