Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the branch manager with customers concerns, inquiries and transactions
Receive queries, requests, and complaints from clients via phone call/message or email
  • Handle client orders, process enquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Manage administrative responsibilities as needed

  • Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, dealing with Automotive parts
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail; good communication and organizational skills
Can work on site Binondo, Quezon City, Mandaluyong

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
