Job Description:- Immediate Response: Engage with customers by actively monitoring and responding to comments in real-time during live selling events, ensuring a seamless and interactive shopping experience.
- Provide Information: Provide valid and complete information to customers using the appropriate tools and methods to assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer compiaints professionally, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits. Follow up to ensure that issues are fully resolved to customer satisfaction.
- Promotion: Actively promote daily promotions, special offers, and products during live sessions, encouraging customer participation and sales.
- Moderator: Act as a moderator during live events, identifying and muting or blocking accounts with unnecessary or rude comments to maintain a positive and respectful environment. Manage and configure flash sales and product pinning.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing relevant documents for future reference and analysis.
- Communication Procedures: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure a consistent and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong, long-lasting relationships, enhancing their overall experience and loyalty to the Brand.
- Reliever: The Customer Service for Live Selling will step in as a customer service and repair representative to handle phone calls and text inquiries when there are no live sessions or when their services are not required during live sessions.
- Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live selling or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.- Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
