Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about facilities, services, and safety rules.
  • Handle registration and ticket sales, ensuring all participants have signed appropriate waivers and received wristbands for entry.
  • Process transactions using cash registers and digital payment systems, including handling cash and giving correct change.
  • Answer telephone inquiries, providing information on pricing, party bookings, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area and ensure all brochures and flyers are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Coordinate with party planners or hosts to check-in groups efficiently and distribute necessary party materials.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of tickets, wristbands, and other necessary supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise at the counter.
  • Provide general support and information to staff and visitors to ensure a smooth operation of the playground.
