Job Description

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate / Customer Service Representative / Sales Order Coordinator / Client Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)

Work Schedule: Flexible based on company needs, typically Monday to Friday.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to handle customer inquiries and manage order fulfillment. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process orders and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Update customer accounts and manage order documentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and order processing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and order management systems.

Skills


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves


  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
