Job Title: Customer Service & Administration Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient, and positive customer service experience by seamlessly managing all pre and post-administration requirements for solar and battery installations, as well as general electrical services. Additionally, you will support the directors and business manager with various administrative tasks as the business expands and ventures into new areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Management: Monitor customers throughout their solar and battery installation process, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Data Entry & Records Management: Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with attention to detail.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve basic technology issues efficiently.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers directly via email, phone, text, and social media to provide updates and support.
Project Assistance: Support project work related to operations, marketing, customer service, and business development as needed.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks.
System Usage: Utilize a range of internal and external systems to perform your duties effectively.
Initiative & Independence: Work unsupervised and show initiative, especially in uncertain situations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Electronic Systems Proficiency: Competence with various electronic systems and programs.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and G Suite.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.
Adaptability: Flexibility to assist in various projects and support business growth.
