Responsibilities:- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
At least high school graduate (required) with 6 months BPO experience.- At least a college graduate if without CSR or BPO experience.
Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Possesses good communication skills.
Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
