Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
With at least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
Amenable to be train on site
Job Responsibilities
To provide outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.
To comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.
To do initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across
many commercial banking product categories
Work together with stakeholders to address a client issue.
