RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency inEnglishismandatory(both written and verbal)
- 1 yearofCustomer Service experienceis required
- Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
