The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and converting prospects into customers through effective phone-based sales techniques. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold-calling lists.
Present and pitch products/services to potential clients over the phone.
Build and maintain a strong customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
