RESPONSIBILITIES- Handles customer concerns/complaints, inquiries through telephone calls, letter, personal visit, text, email, referral, surveys and by making it easy for the customer to express his/her problem and utilize customer complaint form and customer follow-up system.
- Acts as a direct link between the company and the customer.
- Records, gathers and analyzes customer complaints for investigation.
Qualifications:
a. College Graduate of any 4-year course; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
b. Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced working environment;
c. Excellent telephone manner;
d. Proficient in the use of E-mail and word processing software;
h. Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal effectively with frustrated customers/conflict within teams;
