The
Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience for all Nespresso clients. They ensure that customers are well accommodated and are informed of all policies and promos that Nespresso Philippines has to offer. These employees are well trained according to company standards.
- Manage day-to-day customer interaction through inbound and outbound calls,
Deliver CRM strategies that encourage customer retention and loyalty.- Establish performance benchmarks, summarize key insights and recommend actions.
Analyze data, summarize customer challenges and provide weekly reports on CRM activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any program
With excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with customer service or HRM is a plus
Knowledgeable with MS Office and other system tools- Experience in sales or related field is an advantage (Coffee Industry)
