Job SummaryPrimarily responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated customer database (e.g. walk-in, dealership clients and dealer network), and corresponding records of transaction with the company that would serve as measurement for recommending appropriate actions to relevant company offices functions in ensuring, maintaining and improving appreciable customer experience management to the products and services that the company offers. The person of such position communicates directly to the customers, through all available means and procedures prescribed by the company policies, in promoting regular and innovative products and services provided to ensure that the respective experiences to such offers are responsive to the customer's requirements and satisfaction.
- Welcome and assist customers and identify if they are with appointments or walk-ins.
Endorse clients to service Daily submission of service repair customers with job order
- Service appointments confirmation messages to clients and others
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced specializing in Customer Service.Will be assigned in KIA Marikina.
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
- Required Skill(s(sad) detail-oriented, written and communication skills, knowledgeable in MS office, proficient in reports and letters.
