The Customer Relations Officer is in charge of dealing with customer issues and ensures effective problem resolution to exceed customer satisfaction leading to customer loyalty. He/She assists the Customer Relations Manager in handling customers concerns and inquiries and is responsible for gathering, analyzing, recording voice of the customers (VOCs), and giving feedback to the customers and all departments concerned.
