Full job description
  • Customer Relation Officer is responsible for addressing customer concerns, relay customer feedback, troubleshoot issues and improve relations with customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Overtime
  • Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Silang, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
  • customer relation officer: 1 year (Required)
