The Customer Relations Officer is mainly responsible for receiving and assisting customers in the reception; manage reception and telephone calls. The CRO ensure that all customers are given proper assistance and accommodation; provide follow-up / reminder to customers regarding their vehicles. The CRO assist Sales Consultants, and Service Advisors in terms of attending to customer concerns in the reception area; to facilitate customer complaints and ensure that it its properly coordinated and addressed. The CRO manage customer database by regularly updating the customer and vehicle information; to provide assistance in workshop management / operations.
