Job Description: Provider Relations ManagerOversee and manage provider PTO and sick time requests. This role involves negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company standards.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of PTO and sick time balances.- Coordinate and schedule provider onboarding shadowing sessions with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Surgical Advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that onboarding materials and resources are up-to-date and readily available.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new providers by managing shadowing schedules and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.
Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding scheduling and time-off inquiries.
Foster strong relationships with providers, addressing concerns and providing support to enhance their overall experience.
- Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure alignment of provider-related policies and practices.
Maintain accurate records of provider schedules, PTO, sick time, and onboarding activities.- Prepare regular reports on provider metrics, including PTO utilization, onboarding progress, and shadowing effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.- Proven experience in provider relations, account management, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
