POSITION OVERVIEW
To ensure inventory are kept safely and goods delivery to customer timely.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1/ Customer Service:
- Conduct day-to-day order activities on order entry, delivery coordination, sample request and commercial documents preparation etc. Ensure local SIFOT/SLA/DIDO meet objective and goal.
- Ensure all order processing can follow designed process with internal system and SOX control
- Closely coordinate with sales, planning, warehouse, logistics and Finance to fulfill customer order on time and avoid de-commit customer order.
- Conduct day-to-day Invoice billing to customers.
- Take care of customer inquiries/requests on inventory checking, lead time or sorts of documents (MSDS/Data Sheet/COA) etc.
- Register customer complaint timely in eQMS system and follow with responsible problem owner to investigate and get the root cause & corrective and preventive actions
- Support in system/process enhancements& project rollouts
2/ Logistics Coordinator
- Booking of orders for delivery with local forwarder
- Coordination with trucker/forwarder on the status of delivery: checking/monitoring of truck arrival for loading for deliveries. Coordinating with on trucking (mechanical, delays, receiving issues)
- Preparation of customer special requirements for delivery.
