Discussion of complicated inquiries and concerns to the Supervisor prior to endorsement of VOC to the respective department for specific answer to the inquiry.
Creation and monitoring of Ticket Inquiries in C4C.
Prepares the assigned reports and ensures timely and accurate submission to CRD Supervisor and CRD Manager.
Handles and endorses Customer Welfare Desk (CWD) inquiries.
Assists with other departments as requested by immediate superior or CRD Manager
- College graduate in Communication, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration
Fresh graduate will do but with preference on customer handling experience- Pleasing personality, with good customer engagement, good speaking tone, has the capacity to pacify and control difficult customers
