JOB SUMMARY The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for the relationship and sales to existing customer base. The Customer Relations Officer executes advisory, consulting, and other actions to ensure customer retention and sales modules. Also, it is tasked to provide a strategic view of customer plans and profile to optimize opportunities to sell products and services to our customer base.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute individual Customer specific metrics to track essential status on reference ability, and product placement and revenue opportunities (sales).
- Develop and execute strategies to set and manage ongoing Customer expectations - Customer service related, product issues, new product related, upgrade/conversion related, etc.
- Manage knowledge base of assigned Customer, to include: contacts, referability status, and key high leveloutstanding issues.
- Visit all assigned Customers as frequently as possible with a minimum required visit of twice per year.
- Participate in MANCOM forum and annual group meeting.
- Participate in various presentations as required Customers, prospects, and others.
- Performs additional duties and special assignments as required.
