The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is generally in charge of branch sales transactions which includes entertaining of all walk-in and online clients. He/She ensures the establishment and maintenance of Quality Customer Relations to all clients, including agents or the OBOK. In the absence of BAO, she performs the Cashiering Documentation and other works of the BAO including branch security and orderliness.
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related course, Communication or any related course.
- Must be a Customer-oriented
Good communication skills both oral and writing- Organize and keen to details
Hard working and can adapt to fast phasing environment
- At least six (6) months related work experience
