Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Business Courses or equivalent.- Minimum of 1 year working experience from manufacturing
Create timely and accurate sales invoices of all processed purchase orders from customers in accordance with delivery window/per customer Domestic Customers purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Domestic Sales Coordinator & Supply Chain & Logistics on inventory, dispatching and delivery of sales invoiced orders, exceptions, if any, included.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documents prior to dispatching and delivery to customers.- Prepare Fill Rate and Effective Discount Reports
Act as alternate to Sales Coordinators.
- Handle customer query, complaint and/or request for any product-related matter.
* Record and document any product-related inquiry of item 6, inclusive of the resolution of handling or action taken of any customer inquiry.
- Provide and coordinate information received from customers to appropriate functional officer with in 24 hours from receipt of customer query, complaint or any product information request
