Job Summary:
Functions as a part of the marketing arm of brand by reinforcing and promoting No. 1 Customer Satisfaction through the different customer relations activities and maintains constant communication between the company and its customers through various available media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, monitoring and addressing all customer complaints/concerns/feedback and providing reports to management.
Sets consultation meetings with concerned staff or departments for the resolution of customer concerns.- Oversees all customer concern follow-up activities to ensure these are carried out within the prescribed timetable.
Acts as mediator between HCMI and customer during presentation of customer concerns.
- Marketing Services for implementation of programs.
Introduces/initiates action plans to improve customer satisfaction- performance and monitors/assesses results from these implemented actions
Recommends changes for improvement based on the voice of the customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Promotes the concept of Customer Relations to all associates especially to the CR staff and other frontline personnel through training, seminars/orientations and other activities.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of reports submitted to management and brand compliance requirements.- Ensures completeness and accuracy of customer database for reference.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Submits status/feedback reports to management and Central Marketing Services regarding customer concerns.
Manages the over-all operation of the Customer Relations- Department in accordance with the established systems and procedures.
Interprets customer relations policies, systems and procedures to CR staff and concerned associates.
- Ensures consistency of branch programs and activities with Corporate directions and strategies.
- Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications or Business Management
With customer handling background
- With experience or exposure to marketing and/or research
Computer literate Excellent oral and written communication skills
