Job Requirements: _
- B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon- With excellent communication skills.
Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
- Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.- Amenable to work on a shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
Excellent in MS office application
- Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage- Project Management experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
