CUSTOMER MARKETING ASSISTANT for Pet Care Brand- Hybrid Work Set-upTo help manage SDL activities involving campaign planning, day to day operations, data management, and weekly reporting of project development to ensure up-to-date and seamless execution of activities/projects assigned to him/her.
- Must be a graduate of 4-year course in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses.

- At least 2 years of Marketing Assistant, Analyst or Specialist experience is preferable._

- Experience with Trade Marketing background is a plus_
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc. (Pivot & VLOOKUP)
- Positive attitude and hardworking

- Able to work collaboratively with other functions
- - Willing to work in SM Aura, Taguig (Hybrid)
- Program & Activation Management:
- Coordination with stakeholders (suppliers/agencies, associates, distributor) on requirements to execute program
Ex. Co-packing Requirements, Artwork Creation, Mockup, Vendor Requirements, CE Request, etc.
- Progress tracking/checklist on programs and activations and manage day to day operations that is required as part of Project/program + fulfillment to make the project successful
- Assistance in managing campaign /activation initiatives
- Supports the SDL Team in the deployment of the Perfect Store Picture of Success
- Data collection, tracking and management on programs/activities assigned (Category, Brand & Channel related)
Ex. 1PD, Category/Brand/Channel Data & Scorecard, App/Tools Database
- Coordination with stakeholders on PO, GR, Billings, Claims requirements
- Updates Budget Tracker to reflect actuals vs plan
- Ensures supporting documents are received and stored in shared drive for easier reconciliation
- Coordination with Stakeholders on Free Goods and Merchandising (POSM, Display) requirements for a program
- Inventory management of Assets in Distributor and Agencies
