Customer Management Assistant

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably any medical-related course
• Knowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling.
• At least 1 year work experience in call center
• Confident in dealing with various personalities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
• Facilitates the validation, verification and approval of out-patient consultations and procedures.
• Facilitates dental inquiries
• Prepares the patient Information sheets of phoned-in reports of hospital admissions.
• Coordinates with the Underwriting Department (URG) and the Revenue Management Department (RMD) to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.
• Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
• Assists internal customers to their various concerns
