Graduate of any 4-year course preferably any medical-related courseKnowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling.
At least 1 year work experience in call center- Above average communication skills.
Organized with good interpersonal relation skills.- Confident in dealing with various personalities
Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.- Facilitates the validation, verification and approval of out-patient consultations and procedures.
Facilitates dental inquiries
- Prepares the patient Information sheets of phoned-in reports of hospital admissions.
Coordinates with the Underwriting Department (URG) and the Revenue Management Department (RMD) to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.- Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
Assists internal customers to their various concerns
