Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to help us analyse user-provided data and resolve product issues. This role will utilize various data tools, such as Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps, to reconstruct user issues and propose preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations on user-reported detour issues, analyse the causes, and summarise problem patterns.
- Data Validation and Cleaning: Validate and clean map data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of geographic information.
- Advanced Analysis: Use data analysis tools to deeply analyse map data and issues, and provide data-driven optimisation suggestions.
- Report Writing: Write detailed analysis reports for the team and management to reference.
- Analyse user feedback and data to identify root causes of issues.
- Utilise Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps for data visualisation and trend analysis.
- Propose product improvements to prevent similar issues.
- Write user experience reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of user experience optimisation measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Insights Analysis or User Research Analyst.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and heat map tools is a plus.
