We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding/Implementation Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing customer data for ingestion into the customer platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, data management, and analysis, as well as a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
This role requires permanent remote work and availability from Monday to Friday within U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, clean, and organize customer data shared in Excel, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Use Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) to prepare data for import into the customer platform
- Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, missing values, and formatting errors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data handoffs
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify data-related queries
- Document and report on data cleaning processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for system integration
- Ability to handle large data sets and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with data management systems or platforms is a plus
