Responsibilities
Spreading happiness and creating WOW moments for our customers is at the core of this role. Your main tasks include:
Emanating our brand and personality in every customer interaction with the Strikingly voice and tone
Delivering exceptional customer service across all channels (email, chat, social media) to both new and existing customers
Translating product information and customer communications like newsletters and lifecycle emails
Developing expertise in our product and internal software to efficiently assist customers
Maintaining positivity and happiness in every interaction with customers and fellow team members
Requirements
To excel as a Happiness Officer, you need to have:
Professional level communication skills in Slovak and English
A strong passion for helping people with varying levels of learning curves
A love for learning new things, along with problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Access to a working desktop/computer meeting specific technical requirements: at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher; and a minimum internet connection speed of 20 Mbps
