What This Position Is About - Purpose
The Customer Finance Support Staff is responsible to provide support to Customer Finance Team in accomplishing various projects on document management of Distributor Partners and Key Accounts Channels, which include, but not limited to, Collection Receipt Preparation Issuance and Monitoring; Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate compliance review, coordination for necessary correction, filing and archiving.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities
- Prepares collection receipts for Distributor Partner and Key Accounts payments and arranges mailing to customers addresses.
- Reviews Creditable withholding tax certificates received from Distributor Partner and Key Account Customer. Identifies non-compliance and prepares summary results of the review performed. Coordinates resolution and files documents. Monitors completion and provides status update periodically.
- Performs other tasks and projects as they arise for the purpose of providing support to Customer Finance.
Who Are We Looking For - Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance, any related Business course
- At least 1 year experience as accounting assistant
- Proficient in Filipino and English, both in verbal and writing communication.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
